Thank you to everyone who came to the
12th Linnell Family Reunion!
We had a great time in Cape Cod!
The theme this year was the Linnell contribution to the Armed Forces, particularly the U.S. Coast Guard. During our trip we toured historical sites where our ancestors participated in the Humane Society (HS). HS gave rise to the U.S Life Saving Service which became part of the U.S. Coast Guard. Mr. Richard Ryder, author of a definitive book Seashore Sentinel: The Old Harbor Lifesaving Station on Cape Cod gave a wonderful presentation for us as our keynote speaker!
